In addition, Dennis Nugent will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chairman of the Board. These leadership appointments are effective immediately “Dave’s sales and marketing experience along with his broad based management background make him an invaluable addition to the TotalStream team,” said Dennis Nugent, founder of TotalStream. “TotalStream has a great technical team, and an established position in the CDN industry. Dave will be instrumental in repositioning TotalStream, driving customer acquisition and increasing our market share.” Mr. Dembitz has over 20 years of sales and marketing executive management experience in the Internet and computer hardware industries including with companies Accellion, AboveNet, and SynOptics. He has led companies through the entire lifecycle, from start-up through venture funding, private placement, public offerings and acquisitions. Most notably, Dembitz played a key role in rapid, multi-million dollar growth of AboveNet; growing revenue from $3M to more than $100M in seventeen months; and, most recently, guided several early stage companies through funding and product launch as an independent consultant.
