Senior Ad Operations

Vidillion is a global leader in video ad yield optimization platform that is focused on delivering the highest value to publishers without the conflict of other video platforms which play both sides of the market (buy and sell). Vidillion technology powers the analysis and automated sale of video advertising inventory across dozens of programmatic sales channels ensuring the highest prices for the publisher.

We are looking for smart, creative and analytically-minded candidates to help managing and supporting our video advertising platform. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Demand Ad Operations expert whos looking to use their skills to shake up the video landscape.

You should have experience working with supply publishers and demand buyers/bidders to successfully manage online video ad campaigns, tagging, optimizing and managing buys for video ad campaigns across platforms such as Yume, SpotX, as well as a strong understanding of the RTB space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the demand side of our campaigns - building out new demand sources, inventory management, gathering assets, reporting, and managing accounts.
• Diligently track delivery, monitor performance, and make optimizations consistently through out the week.
• Work with the internal supply ad ops and sales team to best utilize our demand sources across all of our inventory
• Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnership opportunities in an effort to evolve and improve our product offering
• Help manage strategic demand-side relationships from networks, exchanges, DSPs and other specialized buyers in the video ecosystem
• Come up with cool ideas and work hard

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with online advertising; video, networks, SSPs/DSPs and exchange platforms
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyze large sets of data
• An analytical mind, you like math and are good at it
• Detail oriented & highly organized with envious time management
• skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Definitely not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle projects both big and small
• Lastly, and most importantly, you have fun taking work seriously.
